I don't understand the use of osb, especially for furniture and without any trim in the doorways. The stuff is so fragile I imagine it turning into sawdust on the edges in a couple of years. And the labor costs must have been huge, to fit it all together so seamlessly is slow going. Then there's the off gassing...I have similar reservations about plywood floors and walls, to make these materials work in a way that they weren't designed to is so expensive that it seems wasteful.
