Isn't the earth polarity switch a part of someone's interpretation of the Mayan end time (2012) scenario? (Of course, almost anything is part of someone's interpretation of that.)
In any case, assuming humans are something that should live on, we really do need to get some of us off the planet. We're like sitting ducks down here.
Yes, it's high time to get some Martian Time-Slip action going.
I've never read that one. I've been scared to go back after reading Scanner Darkly and being completely paranoid for 6 months.
