Is it cheaper to run a generator for your electrical power needs or pay for the power company for the same amount of kilowatt hours?
no its not smart $ and its not the green (sound or exaust emission wise) choice either but there may be a permit issue about running electricity while they rewire your gut reno.
Thanks. I really hope it's the latter, because that means there's an end in sight. I really hate not knowing if it's gonna be running all summer. They've got it sitting on the second floor about ten feet from my window.
the city has db limits. find out what they are and who to call.
