I wonder what the copyright deal is with this. I wasn't too worried ripping them off, because of our traffic (or lack of,) but Drudge gets a lot of hits. If I remember correctly, the alt tag on the pictures was an explicit copyright (the photographer's, not the BBC's.) Maybe this is fair use? Somehow I don't think so.Maybe Drudge got permission? He did put in a link to the BBC, which is what I always do, figuring even if somebody saw it, they might consider it free advertising rather than copyright infringement. I have to find a good legal resource for questions like these. Any suggestions?
