It does sound cool. But only Apple?

Yeah, Apple only. People *love* this program. It won all sorts of awards. The company is just a couple guys in seattle who use a local coffee shop as their office. Nice story. Here's an interview with the lead guy.

On the one hand it seems crazy to be an independent Mac software developer since the Mac has less than 4% of the market. On the other hand, that much smaller slice of the pie somehow allows for very small cool things to flourish. I don't exactly get it. Maybe it's something like: there is just so much software written for Windows that something like this might just get lost in the shuffle in that world. But since there is much less written for the Mac, the smaller user base is much more responsive and can really get behind a little company like this and make them stars.

I've never used it though. I just don't have that many real world things I would want to catalogue. Let us know if you do Linda. And you can at least feel good giving those guys a bit of money. They probably need it.
