what this neighborhood needs is another hotel?
Well, it's presumptuous to think you're permanent; we should all get a room (as long as I can have my own space)...
is that what you call a hotel before its built, presumptuous?
i dont recall supposing any permanence. i just am aware of the mushrooming of hotelry and wondering if its needed much less desireable.
more hotels (could) = more tourists = more revenue for all
i am pro developement, i hope they rip down that ugly sugar factory and put up expensive condo's with a % subsedized for lower income and a nice little park...

The rub is that the subsedized portion usually falls by the wayside.
