my friend bowman just got back from a trip to spain and he was raving about this restaurant which was recommended to him by our (me and jim) old friend christopher(the actor turned chef).
i have had friends love it and hate it--but for sure he is a magician with the ingrediants and presentation and a chemist for how he get things to hold together...a great friend went recently i will report his opinion later and he's friends with most top chefs the worls over...
all complaints are that while inovative the food is not fun to eat and some combo's downright nasty--my boss's hated it and said that the faces on the diners were perplexed and annoyed--as the article stated he has some new tricks but my heavy foodies didnt like at all--will try for details
