Great video. Very interesting to see that view (looking down on the world financial center buildings) restored. That was approximately my view from 83 floor #1 WTC (north tower). I wonder if there will be an observation
level or a windows on the world type top floor facility for the public to check out the views. Ate at windows on

Yes to observation deck and, according to Wikipedia, no to a restaurant at the top: "A plan to build a restaurant near the top of the tower, similar to the original World Trade Center's Windows on the World, was abandoned as logistically impractical." - jim 5-13-2013 3:05 pm [add a comment]
