if something is not on the internet, did it ever exist?

anybody remember an ad for mexican tourism with the jingle tagline being --

"mexico... mexico... the arriba country"?

just got up to this line in the nashville article. that is perhaps the only line i was capable of writing in it.

"If it isn’t on a database, it doesn’t exist."

once again searching for this ad and this was the top link.
