I assume this only helps the value of MB's & pals spot.......taking the positive view:>)
butt ugly, though they digitally removed the 2 story chain link fence on corner so at least some of it will be blocked from our view. Bldg values up but so are taxes and we are rent stabilized, mind you I am not complaining.
