From the second link it looks like the game isn't gender specific: you could pick someone that looks like your white male boss and goose him too. The Japanese aren't as appalled by the sexual aspects of things as we are--the point is to inflict pain and humiliation. For instance, the press always describes the treatment Abner Louima got as "sodomizing"--they love to say it, sodomizing, sodomizing--even though the cop kept his pants on. The Japanese are also better than we are at distinguishing games from reality...
