In a rare coincidence of accurate reporting and accurate usage of the word, one apparently correct thing reported is that the suspect is a “Caucasian” male. If any place is Caucasian, it’s Chechnya. And as I touched upon in this post 9/11 post (alas for the lost links of the early blog era) the area’s great hero was Timur, AKA Tamerlane the Great, namesake of the other brother.
