It's usually the upstairs neighbors that make too much noise for the downstairs neighbors. Walking with shoes on on a wooden floor with no carpet or padded runner. A padded carpet can reduce your sound problem from them. But I imagine that not your esthetic choice. Them putting down a carpet
also soaks up their sound too. info. we blew in sound reducing material in between floors for our condo conversion. They are probably picking up your music and tv sound FYI. Speakers should be off the floor if they arnt already. life in the city as they say.
