im just looking forward to making toast and heating up water at the same time. or not unplugging my fridge every time i use the phototherapy unit only to forget to plug it back in for three hours.
this should put all that in the past. have they completed other apartments w patched holes so you can get a sense of their level of finish?
there is no finish. i have no idea if he thought past the electricians but they are not doing it. there are holes in the floor in the hallway that chewed up the 100 year old tile without much regard. just the little bit of piping theyve run looks awful. i want to take a shovel to both landlords, one for being a busybody and the other for being cheap.
Maybe paint to match the walls would help a tiny bit?

Or you could embrace the look at go fire engine red to really call attention to them. Maybe get a Pompidou thing going?
prime the metal then paint the metal white rattle can spray paint. latex white won't stick to raw metal with out a dozen coats. patch the holes. paint the patch multiple times.
