Click inside the frame you want to select it. Then control-click, or right-click, or command-click, or whatever you do on windows to get a contextual menu to pop up, and you will probably have a 'copy url' option. This should give you the real URL of the frame you are looking at. Then you should be able to paste it where ever you want it. (Of course when you load it back up, just that frame will load into the whole browser window - but sometimes this is a good thing.)
