5 existing floors pluss 3 floors of new construction. the addition looks like hell, but could pass for kookie or excentric. elevator ? I prefer additions to look like spaceships settled on the roof tops instead of whako integrations. I wonder what the zoning restrictions on nyc roof top additions are.
