No, but we've thought about it. There are companies doing video effects generators that use the GPU. Effects that used to take big boxes of specialized HW can be done using off-the-shelf GPUs. And the GPU's have capabilities which can be tapped for decoding compressed video. But programming those units is a very specialized skill.
