just an amazing guy. we were talking about piano centric rock and roll last night and how i (we) prefer guitar forward RandR in general. that is with the exception of three major percussive RR pianists, jerry lee lewis, little richard and ray charles. all southern RR guys with more than a little bit of country blues mixed in. i remember someone telling a story about RC getting his people to sight for him while he drove the car. (that might have been RC talking with dina shore)
