yeah its pretty...somethin'. all over the musical and quite possibly the religious spectrum the word is that the music isnt the problem the message is. it makes me think of when they speak of cigarettes they refer to it as a nicotene delivery system. "we can capture the rapture of music and transfer that fervor towards (our ends) god." so i guess it can be extrapolated out for the whole culture that the music represents. heres another strange fusion i found today, jews and guns who love them.

That is classic. Makes perfect sense. Probably (to use the overused and extreme example) jews in Germany during the Holocaust would have liked to have been armed. It wouldn't have made a difference, in the sense that they couldn't have defeated the German army, but wouldn't fighting be better than being carted off to your death? I guess Israel must be the most armed population today (is this true?) and while I'd like everyone to put down their guns, I can't really blame them. The jpfo.org site does have that slightly crazed (gun-toting) tone to it, but that's what the gun (control) issue does to people. Like I said about the NRA: I don't really want to hang with these folks, but I'm kind of glad somebody is putting up a fight.

As for the god website, I have to admit that during the first few seconds I thought it was one of the slicker things I had seen (but I am sort of prejudiced against that brand of christianity, so it was sort of ruined when I saw what their message was.)
