i hear you steve. ive never used anything but point and shoot. and dont expecct to turn back to film at this point. here is the leica d-lux page. i like those canons too. ill be needing this for studio installation shots and for carry around purposes. dont expect to print at all. this will be for internet and i.photo applications mostly. also expect to use video feature too. theres a used one on e.bay with only one battery and no charger or manual for $300.00 w/ no bids and a $400.00 buy it now price that closes tomorrow. think think thunk thunk....
