O.K., I got it. Wired Oct. 2000 pg. 186. Long (8 page) feature article. Definite focus on founder Jay Chiat (Wired did a long, very favorable article on his failed office of the future make over at Chiat/Day; this one picks up where that left off.) They note the disappointing IPO, as well as the very thin margins in the content repackaging market, but generally seem more concerned with getting inside Chiat's mind. They clearly like him, in the Wired cult of personality way. Maybe someone closer would bristle at some of the observations, but from my distant perspective this seems like a positive article.
