new york and new jersey are polling solid for gore so i would vote for nader. check out nadertrader for more input or abcnews for a state by state rundown. undernews also has his breakdown but who the hell can understand it. and if your feeling guilty about the supremes remember that the senate confirms, the executive only nominates candidates so a vote for hillary should mean just as much as for gorp.

  • the number of democrats in congress, specifically the senate, is as important with regards to the makeup of the supreme court as the president, or this is my spin on the process, because they ultimately vote up or down on a candidate for the court, although i plead general ignorance to the specifics of the selection process. so maintaining a democratic seat in new york could be considered as vital as choosing a democratic president although thats probably as stretch.

    • Hill would replace Patrick Moynahan for Democratic status quo in NY. I'm down with Daves logic (same for NJ where I live) which seems to be the straight Green party line at this point. Isn't this the party for people like us ? The people we have always been ?
