we used to use them when we lived in carroll gardens, pre kids. it was overall a good experience, though sometimes no tthe car available that we wanted, or even sometimes nothing available, esp on weekends and holidays. i'm sure now, 7 years later, there a more cars in their fleet. we got stuck with a fiesta a bunch of times. not so sexy.
