Thanks for the kick start Jim. It’s been five years since my last solo show at John Gibson. For those old enough to remember I hauled farm implements in and up the service elevator to his 2nd floor space across the street from the down town Guge. I got three reviews and a chronic back problem. Since then I’ve switched to locating nice photos of mechanical devices in action. I seek shots of workers using the largest scale machines available. I’m looking to refer to a missing or inferred subject. May be just off screen or out of camera range. An evidence of energy shifts. We all know, conspicuous shifts of energy mean someones making money. Some shots in series could be a little cinematic. Me reportcard. This e.bay service archives for 30 days and reveals both my successful and unsuccessful bids.As for the unsuccessful bids, perhaps it’s possible to configure a cyber show of other peoples possessions.Being neither the photographer nor circumstantial owner of the image. Shows usually only last 30 days anyway. Any one seen The Bob Nickas show @ Sandra Gering ? Includees only have last names beginning w/ the letter G. Reviewed in todays NYT by Ken Johnson. I think you can custom program privacy on e.bay in variang degrees.

Hey Bill, good to see you here. Sorry, but I ended up at inch, so no freebie for you. Both providers seem to think that conducting business by phone is passe.
You could post that Times review, but see Dratfink from 3/21 for the prospects.

  • well glad to see the fink get namedropped. but then i figured id better check more thoroughly to justify my wrath. and while a was reasonably justified i did find some times content was archived and available even some months after the original publication. also links with a shelf life a 3 or 4 days will satisfy most of your blogging needs. but i still would prefer and open ended policy.
