wont run through the litany of complaints, but if he ever shows up tonight and he promised me about an hour ago that he would, he might not make it out of the apartment alive. of course ill wait until he finishes before i follow through. ive always wanted to defenestrate someone but then it would be weeks before i got the window fixed. grrr....
