Canon G12. It's in the "damn near a real camera" category. From full auto to full manual. JPEG or RAW output. If I'm any good with this, I'll consider moving up to something in the body + lens category rather than a all-in-one.
We get to open one early usually. Also, I think my Mom wanted me to have it ready to take pictures. Haven't really done anything with it but take a bunch of macro shots.
