I can't remember which method of trickery we used on my mom but we did tell her something untrue. . Luckily Bernadette's father went willingly. And just a month before his LI neighborhood took several feet of water. We all out here now because at least there is electricity and wifi. And a few chores to keep one busy. The neighborhood is reminiscent of greater New Orleans area but not so much after K rather many of the less publicized floods there over the years.
