I don't hate that casting.
Jerry was only half Hispanic, but I could see some objections to casting the Jewish guy...
At least they should get a real mountain to play Mountain Girl, not a hill.
i saw one other guy mentioned for garcia who i had only heard of since the other day when apparently he being brazilian wasnt sufficiently hispanic for the role of a cuban-born dezi arnaz in a lucille ball biopic starring nicole kidman who i guess is american enough for that role. wait, so javier bardem got the role but he is too spanish. funny thing is i remember hearing cubans consider, or at least whoever was speaking that day, themselves as hispanic and not latino as a point of pride, excuse me, latinx.
anyway, what was i saying? oh, someone suggested this guy for garcia.

personally dont think jonah hill is great casting but i havent seen him in much for a while.
I guess the real question is who's gonna play Bobby? Timothee Chalamet? Benedict Cumberbatch? Lil Ns X?

No, that's how clueless I am. I thought we were talking about Jonah Hill. I do know Scorsese has been planning to do something about the Dead for a long time (think I heard about it like 5 or 6 years ago.) Not sure why that matters, but that's all I can add.
