Kind of campy forward to a point of distraction and I’m having trouble identifying the year it’s supposed to be set in. Continuity issues.

again havent seen in a dogs age but she has amnesia. i dont think the narrator is particularly reliable with regards to continuity.

  • I can’t edit spam off this page. Ultimately it was enjoyable. For instance “Have you done this before? I Don know.” Was funny, but hipster sudden ending polished it off for me.

    • according to the article i posted the movie was originally a pilot for a tv show and the last 20 minutes were appended on to round it out into a movie when plans were changed. so i guess not surprising their was a discernible shift though i dont recall how jarring it was.

    • More petering out than jarring. The viewer does the math as the plot gimmick is revealed and then poof, credits. Ultimately it was enjoyable as a who done it. Some times the acting (direction) felt intentionally stilted like a Downey sr. flick, so there’s that stylish affectation as well.
