another friend who was appelbaums neighbor and moved after 4th grade. maybe 5th. most vivid memory is listening to his parents tom lehrer comedy albums. also he was goalie on my soccer team. 

one went to yale, the other to princeton. i really peaked intellectually, friend-wise, in elementary school. i mean, brown is a good school too.
