i watched the first bit of it this afternoon having never seen it. still a heavy dose of "isnt she a free spirit" but there was a little gravity to the dialogue. the mother won an academy award for supporting actress but she hasnt descended full force on the proceedings yet. thats how i stumbled on the mia farrow info. the lead is eddie alberts (from green acres) son who went on to a relatively undistinguished career in tv movies and nighttime soaps like falcon crest.
