cant find where i mentioned constellation. just finished up the first season. a lot of these start with promise then fall off but i still kind of liked this one though it ended with a whimper. wonder if they will give it a second season.
I agree that many shows start off better then they end. After some time, I tend to forget most that seem pretty good all the way through. I'm not a really a fan of 3 body problem but I prefer it to Constellation which I finished about a week ago but couldn't remember without watching the trailer.
one of my tv podcasters just did a short mini-series of podcasts called did it stick the landing about whether a show ended well or not. i actually didnt listen but liked the concept. wasnt about recent shows tho.
i like noomi rapace and i thought the daughter was good. turns out they were identical twins so i wonder if they each played one iteration of the daughter.
Gave episode 1 of Shogun a go, made it to the point of the two-woman make-out scene and couldn't take any more of it but it did put me in the mood for a Japanese movie so I'm gonna try Sound Of The Mountain.
you just might not like tv as a medium or do maybe you think they are spitting in the eye of christopher plummer. im not suggesting its that good, btw, but its reasonably entertaining.

have to say apple has been consistently cranking out good to very good shows of late with some "star" power. colin farrell is on deck for next week.
