What program do you use to make your gifs?
(I apologize in advance if this info is readily available somewhere around here).

Easy GIF Animator. Sally uses something different for her animations.
I use Firefox. I like it a lot but the cost can be prohibitive if you are the kind of person who likes to pay for your software.

On the sad event of my posting something new at the top of the page, and at the risk of sounding like a back-slapping art hick, I must loudly proclaim that golly, I do dearly love these gifs you're working on L.M. keep 'em coming.
Actually the masthead gif and this current gif need some non-animating distance between them. (but it would kill me to write something, myself)
naw, they just weren't lining up nicely. Same problem again now, actually, with the delicious Honeytrap image.
