This is a great interpretation of Omer Fast. I love the mash-up! And the text reads a lot like Fast, but I think it's an interpretation/riff...?
The show at the Power Plant is really great. I love his work so much, I was prepared to be disappointed by the new piece about drone warfare, 5,000 Feet is Best, but it's amazing. And the piece he showed at Documenta is there as well - creeeeeepy... and also very sumptuous. I left the gallery feeling unsteady on my feet, but in a good way. I did a brief talk for their members night on Tuesday. I'll post some notes once I get my act together. (This may not happen any time soon)
