thacher house seams like a rural nod to ban's curtain wall house. except it looks like they went with cheepo BBB curtains. judging from the slide show pics.

I see more of a likeness to the Terminator's
"smoking tent" (I wish I could find an image, last night 60 Minutes):
"The governor showed Safer the smoking tent he had set up in a courtyard near his office. Schwarzenegger says he wheels and deals in the tent. It's a place to schmooze and cajole, light up the biggest cigar in the world and, for good measure, outrage health advocates."

I like the house, except:
