The Winka Dubbeldam (her nickname to some "winka bubble-gum') project seems like it has been a nightmare: so slow to go up and her quote is ironic - the project is way over budget. She has taken us a big step backward in proving that "quality doesn't have to be expensive." Another 'only scratching the surface' article from the Architects Newspaper.
