so-fla vernacular: trailer home w/ "florida room" addition
all of these images were taken in a nice trailer park in hallandale beach florida. the above shots i took freestyle thru a car window and sunroof without watching the monitor screen. i just found this trailer for sale in the same neighborhood on realtor dot com and i swiped the image off their site. its only $15,000.00. so whats the catch ? no catch. the monthly park fee is an addl $330.00 a month. so whats the problem, why not jump on it? because there is nothing to appreciate, no investment. there would be no getting anything for the trailer if the park closed. it might be better to refurb a used airstreem and rent a spot nearby for $330. if there are spots available. ah, the catch. still, its tempting.
heres another of my shots. that same towers in the background. also anyone notice that neat and tidy beer can tree, in the fourth image from the top ?
