fwiw: jersey city is weird enough all ready.
Apparently JC has some boho types on its planning board that keep the Starbucks contagion out. I wonder how long that's going to last.
Also, the pancake house on Jersey Ave (the one they tore down--I've already forgotten its name) is now the "Brownstone Diner & Pancake Factory"
