more current emailed image files from jim louis in new orleans's fourth ward
spray painted rescue information. appears to indicate: 1 loose k-9 reported. then on 9/26 laspoa (?) removed 1 dog. retuned again 10/1 and found no cats or any other animals. (?) not sure if f/w indicates fish and wildlife rescue team.
a) they cleared out the drunk balloon guys basement b) touring rave show just came through town c) if the epa says its ok its ok
