highline update
There are a slew of new galleries that have opened up in the recently-built residential buildings over there in the Nouveau Zone (Chelsea). At least it seems like a slew. Many are getting breaks on first year's rent, I expect, to attract attention to sterile McResidences, and will be gone by Year Two. At least I hope they will be gone. To quote Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman: "Someone ought to take a flame thrower to this place."
