Oh, that "luxury condo" tower looming like Mt Everest over the C. Columbus PATH station, all out of scale to the neighborhood and presumably necessary to accommodate the enormous demand of would-be homeowners shoving fistfuls of cash at developers, currently in progress and still soaring upward floor by floor--"sorry about that."

tom you missed the last economic down turn in jc. high rise condo buildings sat on the waterfront for years unfinished. its that short term memory thing.

Don't know if you saw this scary chart Atrios posted. I don't understand people's short term memory. Especially anyone who got burned in a previous cycle.

I looked at a zillow.com plot of the value of my house. Characteristics similar to the scary chart. Crazy. I'm concerned that if the bubble bursts, it will have a similar effect as the NASDAQ burst.
