i like the modern one the best....so where are more 200K ish houese??
this is the cheepest stone farm house listed in bucks co at only $189,900.00 but its in lower bucks where its more suburban.
you can peruse the whole county's listings starting at that price (and gradually getting more expensive), here. click previous to see even cheeper farm houses on small lots by going to that link and clicking the "previous" button and you will go backwards getting cheeper and cheeper. there were cool places all through the mid 100,000.00 - 199,999.00 range. even under 100K.
to see where the town is, type the town name and state (pa) into mapquest.
in the mid 200K range im seeing more plain farmhouses, rather than stone. but still nice, like this one. on more than an acre.
heres a 3 BR stone house (partially stucco'd) for 245k on 1/4 acre. ponds, views and shit.
another stone modern (indoor pool!) 265K
historic brick house / if you dont mind living in levitt town 299K
ottsville cedar dome 1 1/2 acre 399K
i pass this 20' stilt house on river road enroute to my brothers house. not cheep at 495K but it is right on (over) the delaware river. note twice a year it gets its feet (knees) wet with the delaware over flowing its banks. more primo properties here.
heres a cute vintage trailer on a quarter acre in quakertown. 27K beat that!
