Very cool. His string (yarn?) pieces at Dia Beacon were the highlight of my trip up there. I watched a little boy carefully approach one of them and with a complete look of wonder slowly reach out a finger and gently poke it through the imaginary plane made by the string outline. He really wasn't sure if there was a surface or not. I had the same feeling of wonder looking at the piece, but not being a small boy any longer I had to rely on him for my investigative work.
