here is 100k house blog a project from philly.

and here is a book from karrie jacobs on the same premise.

i think it could be done for close to 1/2 that. im pushing a 50k house movement.

and im for everyone retiring at the end of the day and starting all over again the following morning. (repeat process for as long as possible)
