Right $255.00pr month tax. It looks like the 2 furnaces need replacement too. So add another $10k for immediate repairs. My plan would be keep 3 brs unit upstairs and peel off 1st floor plywood paneling and drop ceiling. Return1st floor to 1000sf studio space which is big enough to share. Remove 2 brs on 1st floor to open space.
replace the 2 furnaces with one zoned system, probably closer to 5 grand.
Drove by for curiosity sake. The sidewalk needs replacement, as do many windows and doors. So that pushes it back up to the20k mark including roof repair.
Check out the pics. Brick bldg hardwood floors upstairs. Good bones in this place.
Summers are hot and extremely humid, and winters are extremely cold. I know two people born and raised there, and they both hate the place. Just sayin'.
Right, it's also the hood lite. Weather is pretty much the same as upper bucks.
Two notices in the window. One from the county indicating taxes in arrears $3041.50. The other was from the seller: for sale. $ 1000.00 down, $500 a month. For what that's worth!
This is another one. On a busy St but solid as a rock. I think it's a twin. here
