Ouch is right. I wouldn't even look at it, tho.
One is in better shape than the other. Both have big back yards. This represents the bottom of the near turn key market in that area. Each interior is under 1000 sf over three floors. You have to imagine putting 50-70k plus for any serious renovation. My mental exercise is looking for move in ready (or as close to that as possible) for as low as possible. Like under $25k and just have to paint.
