How is that justified? It would take a shit load of dough to make it plain Jane habitable on top of the purchase price. Needs new heat, electrical, plumbing, Floor refinish, windows, roof and paint removal on exterior and that's keeping the SRO floor plan on 2nd and third floors. That block forbids paint, must have original red brick.
