I think that's metal electrical conduit pipe for the infill panels on the deck enclosure.
maybe it's my browser but the pics look so low-res that they just appear as gray lines.
It looks like an application that adman and I did on his barn loft. The size looks right. We drilled holes in the metal and used screws to fasten them to the posts. The pictures don't really provide the details to confirm this though. It's a hunch.

Yu can see from interior shots and in distance outdoors. Not a good detail shot though.
