mississippi delta Juke Joints

Where's Magic City Juke Joint (Rosedale Mississippi?) Is it just a fiction?

On my Lucinda Williams bootleg she talks before the song "too cool to be forgotten" saying that it was inspired by a couple of books of photography: appalachian portraits by shelby lee adams, and juke joint (can't find any info on this) by Bernie Ives (spelling?)

"...and these [lyrics] are really just images taken from these books...."

"You can't depend on anything really
There's no promises there's no point
There's no good there's no bad
in this dirty old joint

No dope smokin'
no beer sold after twelve o'clock
Rosedale Mississippi
Magic City Juke Joint
Robert Johnson plays
over in the corner by the bar
sold his soul to the devil
so he could play guitar..."

O.K., no more Lucinda Williams posts. Promise.
