Another cart 40x28x30" 16 bushels
I'd say it's more of a hamper than a cart.
i think we can all agree its not a hamster or a cat.
It's a 16 bushel (what id call a) hopper. But that does seem to have limited used (limited to me), usually indicating a slanted angle on the bottom. So since its usually used in industrial laundry opperations I can see calling them hampers. I think post
offices use them for mail distribution too, but as an addaption from it's initial purpose. It's little too small to be cost effective for moving or being very useful afterwards.
